About Coach Pete
Pete Wiltshire is the founder of MindFlow Movement, integrating body awareness and lifelong mobility. Services range from self-directed online programs to personal training and custom wellness solutions to transform body and mind.
Pete’s passion for fitness is rooted in the Martial Arts, where he coached and competed for over thirteen years. While coaching, Pete became aware that even while engaged in training, many of his clients lacked body awareness. This disconnect between body and mind was apparent even with elite athletes. Common results were injury, decreased mobility and halted progress.
Pete began learning more about mindfulness and body awareness and their connection to long term health and fitness. He studied yoga and meditation practices and became certified in both Athletic Movement Assessment (AMA) as well as Functional Range Conditioning(FRC).
The MindFlow philosophy aims to correct the loss of body awareness through programs designed to connect body and mind. The result is meeting or exceeding your fitness goals with reduced injury, less stress, increased clarity, more joy, a deeper connection to yourself and measurable, sustainable results.
